Living Choices

Patio Homes - This part of our retirement community offers charming patio homes accessed from a lovely landscaped boulevard along the winding Black River. Available in both river and courtyard sites, seniors can choose from six different floor plans, ranging from 684 to 1,061 square feet. Each patio home - from the comfortable one-bedrooms to the large two-bedroom/two-bath layouts - features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, attached garage, and enclosed sunroom or outdoor patio.

Smith Hall Apartments - Five unique floor plans up to 1,129 square feet, your retirement home can be a cozy one-bedroom or a spacious two-bedroom/two-bath layout. Each smartly appointed apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, plus ample storage space. Active senior living means being near the action: The Smith Hall Apartment are right in our main building where you'll find all of our activities, amenities and services, including dining, swimming and social groups.

Village Park Apartments - The private, comfortable one- and two-bedroom Village Park apartments range from 560 to 1,090 square feet, and offer our retired residents a private, comfortable place to relax and entertain visitors. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Some include a den and a patio or balcony. Seniors living in this part of our retirement community are close to all the Wesleyan Village activities, amenities and services. A skywalk connects the Village Park Apartment to the main building, protecting residents from the weather. Rain, snow, sleet or shine, you'll never miss a minute of your favorite activities.
