PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION: To maintain 95% + occupancy in Independent units at Wesleyan Meadows. Serve as vendor/contractor coordinator on vacant home renovation projects and new home construction including option packages. Coordinate move-ins for new Residents to insure seamless transition.
